Work it out before you buy it
Three tools for the questions that come up before a garage project starts. No account, no sign-up, nothing uploaded anywhere — they run entirely in your browser.
Flooring calculator
Work out coverage, waste allowance and how many packages or kits to buy.
Handles feet or metres, excluded areas and any coverage figure from the product you are actually buying.
Open toolBudget calculator
Build a category-by-category budget with contingency and a DIY/contractor split.
Saves in your browser, prints to PDF, and never invents a price for you.
Open toolLayout planner
Arrange vehicles, benches, cabinets and machines on a to-scale plan of your own garage.
Drag or use the keyboard. Shows how much floor you have left. Saved in your browser only.

A note on what these tools will not tell you
None of these tools supply prices, material specifications, structural guidance, electrical requirements or code compliance. They do arithmetic on numbers you provide, and they show their assumptions. For anything structural, electrical or permitted, use a qualified professional — and for a sense of real-world numbers, what other owners reported spending is a better reference than any calculator default.
